About
My name is Aquarius, and I started Anomyst because I couldn't stop asking questions.
Not the practical kind — the other kind. The ones that hit you at 2 AM when you're supposed to be sleeping. What would it mean if time is an illusion? What if a civilization rose and fell before us and left no trace? How did people move 130-ton blocks of stone at 12,000 feet above sea level without wheels or iron?
I'm not a physicist, an archaeologist, or an academic. I'm just someone who reads too much and can't let go of a good mystery. Every article on this site starts the same way — a question that grabs me and won't let go — and ends when I've followed every thread I can find, from the peer-reviewed papers to the footnotes that lead nowhere.
This site is entirely my own project, from the words to the code. I built it by hand because I wanted it to feel like mine — fast, clean, and built for reading, not for tracking you.
If you have a question you can't shake, or a story that doesn't fit neatly anywhere, I'd love to hear it. Get in touch.
Until then — thanks for being here. The world is stranger than we give it credit for, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who notices.
